Driving Directions from Tampa Airport to the City Centre
To get to the city centre of Tampa from the airport it's a 10.5 mile drive which should take about 215 minute. Following are directions:

Head north-east on George J Bean Pkwy toward Airport Access Road for 1.7 miles

Take the ramp to I-275 for 1.5 miles

Merge on to FL-60 E 0.5 miles

Take the exit on to I-275 N toward I-4 for 6.5 miles

Take exit 46B toward Martin Luther King Jr Blvd/FL-574 after 0.2 miles

Merge on to N Taliaferro Ave after about 83 yards

Turn right at E Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd/FL-574 after 0.1 mile

Driving Directions to Tampa Airport
From St. Petersburg and the West - take Interstate 275 North to exit 39B and follow the signs to the airport entrance.
From the North - take Interstate 75 South to Interstate 275 South to exit 39 and follow the signs to the airport entrance.
From the South - take Interstate 75 North to Interstate 4 West to Interstate 275 South to exit 39 and follow the signs.
From the East - take Interstate 4 West to Interstate 275 South to exit 39.
From Spruce Street - take any local road to Columbus Drive or Spruce Street and go westbound. The airport entrance is west of Westshore Boulevard.
From Highway 60 - it passes the airport entrance just east of the start of the Courtney Campbell Causeway. The airport entrance is well signed.
From the Veterans Expressway - airport entrance is just south of the termination of the Veterans Expressway as you join Highway 60 eastbound.
