Tampa Airport General Information

Florida Airport Guide InformationInformation Desk/Airport Information Kiosks are located on the Transfer Level of the airport which is on level 3 of the landside section of the airport.

Wi Fi is available throughout the airport and is free.  You can obtain help or more information from one of the information kiosks on level 3.

Tampa Airport Information for Passengers with Special Needs

The airport is well equipped for those travelling or visiting the airport who have a disability or a wheelchair user. Disabled parking is available in all car parks.  If you are using Economy parking you will find disabled bays next to the bus stops/shuttle stops for convenience.

All toilets/restrooms throughout the airport are well equipped to take wheelchairs and clients with disabilities. Lifts/elevators are available for use to all floors/levels.

Tampa Airport Children's Facilities

Children's play areas at the airport are only available to those travelling (if you have a ticket/boarding pass), as the areas are located airside (once through security), at airside areas A C and E.

For all other clients you can go to the Mindworks shop which has some interactive toys which is situated landside in the Tampa Bay Galleria.

Contact the Information Kiosks on Level 3 (Transfer Level).

Tampa Airport Lost and Left Luggage Facilities

Unfortunately, there isn't a luggage/baggage storage facility at the airport due to security reasons.If you have lost luggage within the airport, contact a member of the airport staff immediately or go to the Information Kiosk on level 3.

For luggage lost in transit, you must contact the airline you have travelled with or their ground handling agent. 

Tampa Airport First Aid/Pharmacy

You will find a first aid room on the transfer level, which is level 3. 

Tampa Airport Money Exchange Facilities and ATM / Cash Points

You will find a money exchange facility and ATM cash machines landside in the Tampa Bay Galleria.  The ATM's are in the centre next to the Newsstand.

Tampa Airport VIP Lounges

You will find two executive lounges at the airport: Delta Crown Room Club which is airside E next to Gate 67 www.delta.com and US Airways Club which is airside F next to Gate 85

Delta Crown Room Club is located Airside E close to Gate 67 and is open Sunday to Friday 05.00 to 19.30 and 05.00 to 16.30 Saturday.  Always check as hours can be subject to change without notice. The lounge offers the usual comfortable surroundings and business facilities.

You have to be a cardholder to use the Club and as visitors you can have your spouse plus any children under 21 or up to 2 business colleagues. You must be over 21 to be a cardholder.

US Airways Club is located Airside F next to Gate 85.  It is open from 05.30 to 20.00 Sunday to Monday and 06.15 to 20.00 Saturday.  Check times as they may be subject to change without notice.

Any immediate family of the cardholder can enter the lounge, with the cardholder.  Any other guests are limited to 2. The cardholder must be 18 or older.

The lounge has the usual comfortable facilities.  Note that if you wish to you the internet there is a charge and there is also a cash bar.  Soft drinks only are complimentary.
