Tampa Airport Live Flight Departures
Departures at Tampa Airport
You can drop passengers off at the entrance to the terminal building. However, you cannot park or leave your vehicle as it will be towed away.
When you reach the airport and enter the terminal building you will notice that the check in/ticketing area is split into two sections red on the north side and blue on the south side.
If you are travelling with the following airlines you will check in on the red/north side:Air Canada, Air Tran,British Airways, Cayman Airways. Continental, Frontier, Midwest, Southwest, Spirit, Ted, United West Jet
Check in on the blue south side if you are travelling with: American, Frontelta, Freedom Airlines, Jet Blue, KLM; Northwest; US Airways
Always confirm with your airline what the check in times are for your flight.
Once you have checked in there's plenty of shopping and eating and drinking outlets in the landside building, including at the Marriott Hotel.
When you have gone through passport control and security you will then be directed to either Airside A (Gates 1 to 18) - Airside C (Gates 30 to 45) - Airside E (Gates 62 to 75) - Airside F (Gates 76 to 90). The airport is relatively easy to get around so there isn't any long distances to any of the gates. However if you do require help as at one of the Information Kiosks on Level 3.
All of these areas have some shops, bars and restaurants, but the main hub of these are landside.
The airport is fully Wi Fi and this is free, so you can use your laptop anywhere within the terminal building. The Information Kiosks can give you help if required.
You will find two executive lounges at the airport: Delta Crown Room Club which is airside E next to Gate 67 www.delta.com and US Airways Club which is airside F next to Gate 85
