There is an Information Booth/Visitors Information Centre in the baggage reclaim area in the terminal building.  This is easily accessible, either when you are arriving to collect luggage, or you can access the area from the front of the terminal building or via the outer concourse.

At the Information Booth you can also obtain information about local attractions, hotel reservations etc.

The airport is small and compact which makes it easy for getting around, particularly if you are disabled or wheelchair bound.  There are elevators/lifts to all floors and rest rooms/toilets on all floors have wheelchair access.

If you are going to require assistance when you arrive at the airport and/or getting on and off the aircraft then you must confirm this at the time of booking your ticket with the airline you are travelling with. 

Skycaps do offer assistance for people in wheelchairs who require assistance

Disabled parking is located on the front row of the short term car park which is immediately opposite the terminal building, just past the car hire car parking area.

Unfortunately, there isn't any specific areas dedicated for entertaining children.  However, the Palm Terrace Restaurant does have some great views.  Remember children must be supervised at all times.

For any lost and found issues contact the Information Booth in the baggage reclaim area.  However, if you have left or lost an item on the aircraft, contact the airline you have travelled with.

For security reasons there isn't a facility at the airport.  For lost luggage within the terminal building contact the Information Booth.

If you have lost luggage/baggage during transit and it hasn't arrived on the reclaim belt, contact the airline you travelled with or their ground handling agent in the baggage reclaim area.

This is not available at the airport.  For any emergencies or help required at the airport contact a member of staff or go to the Information Booth. 

There is an ATM machine located on the outer concourse just in front of ticketing/check in A, in between the baggage carts and next to the public telephone and elevator.

Currently this facility is not available at the airport.
