When you arrive at St Petersburg Airport and arrive at the baggage reclaim area (there are no long walking distances), you will find four reclaim belts only. The area is relatively small, so it's easy to find your way around.
In this area you will find the car hire/rental desks for Avis, Alamo, Hertz, Budget, Enterprise and Dollar. Their vehicles are parked immediately opposite the arrivals exit/entry. Air 3000 also has its baggage reclaim office next to the car hire desks

There are plenty of baggage carts in this area and two public pay phones. If you fancy a snack or a drink there is also a vending machine and also public restrooms/toilets.
If you find your luggage does not appear on the reclaim belt, do not leave this area. Contact the airline you have travelled with or their ground handling agent, which could be Air 3000 who have their office in this area.
The main Information Booth/Tourist Information desk is in the centre of this area. The staff will be able to help with any queries or problems that you may have on arrival at St Petersburg.
If you need to book a hotel the staff at this desk can also help with that, along with information on local tourist attractions in St Petersburg and the surrounding Tampa Bay areas.
Taxis, shuttles and the local bus service operates from immediately opposite the arrivals exit.
