Florida Airport Guide InformationThere are Information Kiosks around the airport.  These are staffed by Lee County Visitor and Convention Bureau, so they can also give information about local transport and areas to visit.  Leaflets, maps and flyers are available.

There is Wi Fi access throughout the terminal.

Also there is a business centre on the second floor of the airport, near to Concourse B.  There is fax, photocopy and pay phones available.

If you are going to require assistance at the airport or perhaps the use of a wheelchair, then make sure you organise this with the airline you are travelling with at the time of booking your ticket and again when you check in at the airport.

Disabled parking bays are available in both the short and long term car parks.  Remember to place your disabled badge in the windscreen.

There are lifts and escalators to and from all floors of the airport.  Wheelchair/disabled toilets are available throughout the airport.

Unfortunately, there isn't any dedicated areas for children.  Remember that children must be supervised at all times within the terminal building.

If you have lost or left property on the aircraft, then you must contact the airline you have travelled with. However, if you have lost or found property within the airport, call the following number: (001) 239 590 4810.

Southwest Fort Myers Airport Lost and Left Luggage Facilities

Due to security there isn't a left luggage facility at the airport.  Any luggage/baggage that is left unattended will be removed immediately and could be destroyed.

If you find an item of luggage, then you must alert a member of staff immediately.

However, if you have lost luggage during transit (it hasn't appeared on the baggage reclaim belt), you must contact the airline you travelled with or their ground handling agent.  At this point do not leave the baggage reclaim area until you have spoken to the airline, their agent or a member of the airport staff, who will be able to assist you.

Southwest Fort Myers Airport First Aid/Pharmacy

There isn't a dedicated first aid room or a pharmacy at the airport.  If you do require assistance speak to a member of staff.

Southwest Fort Myers Airport Money Exchange Facilities and ATM / Cash Points

There is a currency exchange outlet next to the business centre which is on the second floor, near to Concourse B and also an ATM.

Other ATM's are situated as follows: Concourse B, next to Gate B1 - Concourse C, next to Gate C3 - Concourse D, next to Gate D2

At this time there are no facilities at the airport.
