As you approach the departures at the airport, there is a drop off area at the kerb, you must not park or leave your vehicle here as it will be towed away.Also immediately opposite is the short stay car park.

As you enter through any of the six doors into the terminal building all 19 check in (ticket) desks are immediately in front of you.

Once you have checked in there you will find escalators and lifts to all floors. As the airport is fairly small, the walking distances from check in and on to departure concourses are not too far.  However if you are elderly or disabled and require assistance make sure you organise this with the airline when you book your ticket.

The terminal building is split into 4 areas:

The Main Concourse, which is open to the public

Concourse B (departures) after security, which is used by the following airlines: WestJet, USA 3000, United or United Express, Sun Country, Spirit, Midwest, LT, Frontier, AirTran and Air Canada

Concourse C (departures) after security, which is used by Northwest, Delta or Delta Connection and Continental or Continental Connection

Concourse D (departures) after security, which is used by Delta or Delta Connection and Continental or Continental Connection

Shopping and food and drink outlets are limited but you can buy travel essentials and food and drink in all areas.  The main hub of the airport is the terminal before you go through security and on to one of the concourses for departure.
