When you arrive go down the stairs, exit baggage claim and walk across the street to the rental car facility. Customers walk into the service centre and drive out through the back. When returning hire car vehicles you should follow signs for Rental Car Return as you approach the terminal building. Parking is located on the lower level of the parking garage.

The off-airport rental car and parking shuttle pickup point is on the east end of the garage on the lower level. Customers should walk to the end of the garage and around the side for shuttles.  Currently, there are no off-airport rental car or parking shuttles operating at Southwest Florida International Airport
