Unfortunately there is no railway station at Sarasota Airport or in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

However, Amtrak provide a bus service to Amtrak Stations at both Tampa and Orlando.  The bus leaves from the corner of US 301 and Main Street at 08.10 and arrives at Orlando Station as 12.30 pm (noon).  If you have a return journey from Orlando, this will arrive in  Sarasota at 17.30 hours

Remember that many local hotels do have free shuttle buses to and from the airport including: Best Western Golden Host , Hilton Garden Inn , Holiday Inn Lido , Hyatt Sarasota , Ritz Carlton Sarasota , Sandcastle Hotel , Sarasota Bay Club , Sleep Inn and Timberwoods Vacation Villas

It is recommended to contact the hotel before you travel so that you will know what the procedure is before you arrive at the airport.
