There is no dedicated information desk or centre at the airport.  If you require any information or assistance speak to a member of the airport staff.

Area maps and other local information leaflets are available on a literature rack which is near the baggage reclaim area.

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the airport. 

The airport is well equipped and easily accessible for disabled passengers and those using wheelchairs.

If you will require assistance through the airport and on to the aircraft, you will need to confirm this with your airline when you book your ticket.  Mention this again when you are at check in.

Unfortunately there isn't any dedicated areas for children to play.  Remember that children must be supervised at all times.

If you have lost or left items on the aircraft, then you must contact the airline you have travelled with.  For property lost and/or found within the terminal building you will need to go to the first floor lobby where you will find the Airport Police Department.

There isn't a left luggage facility at the airport.  If you have lost luggage within the terminal building, contact the Airport Police immediately.  Unattended luggage may be taken away and destroyed.

If your luggage does not appear on the baggage reclaim belt after your journey you must contact the airline you have travelled with.  Do not leave the baggage reclaim area

There is no dedicated first aid or pharmacy at the airport.  If you require urgent medical attention, contact a member of the airport staff.

You will find the ATM's on the first floor and second floors by the escalators.

Currently there is no executive or VIP lounge at Sarasota Airport.
