The Baytown Trolley operates throughout the City of Panama and covers most locations. The route operates from 06.00 to 18.30 Monday-Friday and the fare is only $1.
If you want to change your route at all when you are travelling on the trolley, just show your ticket and you will only be charged 25 cents for your next journey.
Monthly passes are also available which will allow you unlimited travel for $15. Discounts are available for senior citizens, travellers with disabilities and students. Check when you take the trolley and always have proof of identification to be able to get the discounts.
You will find that most of the people that live in Panama City use the Baytown Trolley to get around town as it covers all routes and is the cheapest mode of transport. The Trolleys are wheelchair and bicycle friendly
