Palm Beach Airport General Information
There are no dedicated information desks within the terminal building, but Palm Beach provides Airport Ambassadors who are located throughout the airport. They will be wearing teal colour jackets and can assist you with any type of information you may require.
Courtesy Telephones, which are white and will connect you with the airport communications centre, are located in the parking garages and throughout the airport. A paging service is also available.
All public areas within the terminal building offer Wi Fi internet access.
Palm Beach Airport Information for Passengers with Special Needs
Palm Beach Airport is well equipped for those travelling with a disability or who require wheelchair access. If you do need the use of a wheelchair when you arrive at the airport, then you need to book this with the airline you are travelling with. Don't leave it until you arrive at the airport. Toilets are wheelchair friendly and there are lifts/elevators to all levels.
Also, if you require assistance boarding the aircraft, again confirm this when you book your ticket with the airline and mention it again when you check in.
Palm Beach Airport Children's Facilities
There is no dedicated play area for children at the airport. Remember that children must be supervised at all times.
Palm Beach Airport Lost Property
If you have lost or left items on the aircraft that you must contact the airline you travelled with. For any property lost within the terminal building, contact one of the Airport Ambassadors who are located throughout the airport.
Palm Beach Airport Lost and Left Luggage Facilities
If you have lost luggage within the terminal building, contact one of the Airport Ambassadors immediately. If your luggage is picked up by security it may be destroyed. Keep you luggage with you at all times.
For any luggage lost in transit i.e. it doesn't appear on the reclaim belt, you must contact the airline you travelled with or their ground handling agent. Do not leave the baggage reclaim area until you have spoken to the airline, one of their agents, or a member of the airport staff.
There is no Left Luggage/Storage facility available at the airport.
Palm Beach Airport First Aid/Pharmacy
There isn't a dedicated first aid area at the airport or a pharmacy/drug store. If you require help contact one of the Airport Ambassadors.
Palm Beach Airport Money Exchange Facilities and ATM / Cash Points
There is a Traveller Service Centre in the terminal building on level 2 in the Concessions Mall. It offers the following services: ATM/Cash point machine - Lottery Tickets (Florida) - Foreign Currency Exchange - Letter drop and stamp machine and Travel Insurance
Palm Beach Airport VIP Lounges
There is one VIP/Executive lounge at Palm Beach Airport on Concourse C (after security) next to Gate C4 which is operated by Delta Airlines.
It is the Delta Crown Room Club and you must be a cardholder to be able to use this lounge. If you wish to become a member check their website www.delta.com where you can register. As a cardholder you can enter with your spouse and children under 21 or up to two business associates.
The lounge is non smoking and has the usual complimentary snacks and drinks, TV, business and conference facilities, internet dataport etc. Showers are also available.
Opening times: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 05.00 to 20.00: Tuesday and Wednesday 05.00 to 18.00: Saturday 05.00 to 17.00 (it is worth checking in advance as hours are subject to change).
