Arrivals is on level 1 of the terminal building. Once you have cleared customs (if you are an international traveller), you will arrive in the baggage reclaim area.   The distance from leaving the aircraft, through security etc is relatively short, but if you think you will require a wheelchair or assistance, make sure you organise this with the airline when you book your ticket.

When you arrive in the baggage reclaim area, facilities are limited but there is vending machines where you can buy snacks.

The car hire/rental companies are also located in this area, along with all ground transportation (buses, taxis etc.).  You will also find automated reservations centres.

There is a choice of transportation to downtown Palm Beach, either taxi, limousine, train, bus or shuttle bus - which is free.  Make sure that you agree a price for a taxi before commencing your journey and know exactly where you are going (it would be a good idea to know the route).  It is sometimes less expensive to take a limousine.
