Florida Airport Guide ArrivalsInternational travellers arriving at Orlando Airport have to go through the immigration checkpoint (passport control).  They will have been asked to complete a green card on the aircraft which has to be handed in with the passport. 

International travellers will proceed to level 3 where they will pass through the Transport Security Administration and into the airside terminal where you will take the train/monorail to the main terminal baggage reclaim area.  Look for the signs that show Baggage Reclaim A and Baggage Reclaim B.  Screens will show you will belt number your baggage will be on.

Domestic travellers will pass through a jetway which takes you into the airside terminal of the airport and proceed directly to the main terminal for collection of luggage.

All car hire/rental companies, buses and Orlando Airport taxis are on the ground level (Ground Level Transportation). If you are being picked up then you will be on Level 2.
