You will find the information desk in Terminal A (upper level), next to the Reel Stuff shop.  The Information Desk is also where you can exchange currency.

There is free WiFi Access in Terminal B. You will also find computer stations in the Royal Palm Lounge, Terminal A, International Departures.

As the airport is relatively small, it is easy to get around, particularly if you are disabled or using a wheelchair.  There are disabled parking bays in all car parks and lifts/elevators to all floors within the terminal building.

All toilets are geared up for disabled and clients using wheelchairs.

If you will require assistance when you arrive at the airport organise this at the time of booking your ticket, particularly if you require assistance getting on and off of the aircraft                                                               

To keep children occupied head for the Altitudes Arcade.  Here you will find arcade games, plus Sony playstations and a home theatre.  Drinks and snacks are also available.

You will also find a children's play area in the Royal Palm Lounge which is in Terminal A, International Departures.

For any property lost or found within the airport, please contact the Information Desk which is in Terminal A (upper level), or contact a member of the airport staff.

There is a left luggage facility in the Royal Palm Lounge, Terminal A (International Departures).  If you have lost luggage within the terminal building, you must contact the Information Desk or Security (Terminal B upper level), immediately.

For luggage or items left on the aircraft then contact the airline you have travelled with or their ground handling agent.

This facility is not available at the airport.  If you require assistance or there is an emergency contact either the Information Desk or a member of the airport staff.

The currency/money exchange facility is at the Information Desk, Terminal A (upper level), beside the Reel Stuff shop.  There is an ATM/Cash point in Terminal B, upper level.

The Guest House is in Terminal A, International Departures Lounge and is only open on the days when flights from this terminal are operating.

The lounge is non smoking and has comfortable surroundings offering WiFi, TV, telephones and the usual business facilities and complimentary drinks and snacks.

The lounge is open prior to the first International flight and closes after the last flight departs.

The Royal Palm Lounge is also available in Terminal A and has great facilities, including baggage storage, comfortable lounge, TV Theatres, snack bar and children's play area.   There is also a smoking lounge.
