You have a choice at Miami Airport of taking a taxi or a super shuttle van.  You will find both of these in the arrivals area on the ground floor, just outside baggage reclaim.  Both have wheelchair access upon request, so ask the driver.

The fares are operated through a zone system, which isn't particularly easy to follow.  There are also some metered fares so check before getting into a cab or the super shuttle vans.

Generally the metered fares are: $4.50 for the first 1/6  mile and $0.40 each additional 1/6 mile.  There is a charge for waiting time  of $0.40 per minute and will a fuel surcharge for all journeys of $1 per person.
