Even before you set off for the airport you MUST telephone your airline to confirm your flight at which time they will tell you which concourse and gate you need to go to.  This is because of the amount of scheduled flights from the airport and the fact that check in desks and gates are often changed.  This is worth doing as it will save any confusion when you arrive at the airport.

When you do arrive at the airport do not leave your vehicle at the side of the kerb.  It will be towed away and you will have to pay to get it back.

The Concourse layout  at the airport is :

• Concourse A is to the right of the airport or north side
• Concourse E and the Airport Hotel are in the centre of the terminal building
• Concourse H is to the left of the airport or south side
• If you are checking in on Concourses A to D, then use the Dolphin Garage for parking

For F to H use the Flamingo Garage

Check in times are: International flights 2 hours before your departure time and Domestic flights 1 hour

Moving walkways, escalators and lifts are available to all floors which makes all areas of the airport easily accessible with good facilities for those who are disabled. Don't forget to pre book a wheelchair if you think you will require one.
