Delta Airlines merger at Panama City to create world's biggest airline

Two of Panama City’s three air carriers are part of a merger that will create the world's biggest airline. Delta are to buy Northwest Airlines, and it is estimated that the new company will be valued at more than $17 billion dollars.

If the deal receives government approval the company will go under Delta's name and will be headquartered in Atlanta.
