Jacksonville Airport General Information
You will find the Welcome Centre and Information Desk on the lower level of the terminal building. Opening times are 09.00 to 22.00 hours.
There is free wireless Wi-Fi available throughout the airport. You will need to log on to www.airjax.aero There is a help line if you have any problems with logging on: 800 211 2317
There is also a 24 hour business centre after security which has computer work stations.
Jacksonville Airport Information for Passengers with Special Needs
Jacksonville Airport is well equipped for those passengers who are elderly or disabled. If you are travelling and require assistance from another person to help you through to the gate areas and boarding then special passes can be obtained, so that your companion can pass through security and wait for you at the gate when you return from your journey.
To obtain a pass you must speak to the airline at the time of booking your ticket. Do not wait until you are at the airport.
Jacksonville Airport Children's Facilities
Currently there is no dedicated play area at the airport or any other specific facilities.
Jacksonville Airport Lost Property
If you have lost or left property on the aircraft you must contact the airline you have travelled with. Below are the lost and found department numbers for all airlines at the airport:

Any items lost in the terminal building (other than near the security area), you must contact the lost and found office on 904 741 2022. The office is open Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00

Jacksonville Airport Lost and Left Luggage Facilities
For lost luggage during transit, you must contact the airline you have travelled with or their ground handling agent. If your luggage has not arrived on the reclaim belt, do not leave the arrivals area without speaking to the airline or a member of staff first.
Due to security reasons there isn't a left luggage or storage at the airport.
Jacksonville Airport First Aid/Pharmacy
There isn't a dedicated first aid room or a pharmacy at the airport. If you require assistance speak to a member of staff or contact the Information Centre, which is on the lower level of the terminal building.
Jacksonville Airport Money Exchange Facilities and ATM / Cash Points
There is no money exchange facility at the airport. You will have to go to one of the banks in downtown Jacksonville, so make sure you have enough currency before arriving at the airport for taxis etc.
There are two ATM cash points at the airport one in the upper level of the Stage Courtyard and one next to the Business Centre, also the upper level of the Stage Courtyard.
Jacksonville Airport VIP Lounges
Currently, there isn't a VIP or executive lounge at the airport.
