Florida Airport Guide InformationThere are three information/help desks at the airport.  These are all located in the domestic terminal, as there currently isn't many flights in and out of the International Terminal.

One desk is on the second level just before you go through security and the other two are on the ground floor.

All forms of internet access are available within the airport, dial up, Wi Fi and broadband.  You will find work stations for dial up next to the snack bar on the main concourse.  Currently, construction is underway for further work stations. All of the airport is  Wi Fi compatible for laptop users.

Post/mail boxes are available within the airport along with Airborne Express, UPS and FedEx courier services.

Daytona Beach Airport Information for Passengers with Special Needs

Assistance is available at the airport for all travellers with special needs and disabilities.
Both terminals, domestic and international have lifts to all floors which are wheelchair accessible.  Wheelchairs are also available at the airport.  Enquire when you check in if you require assistance.

A special telephone system has been installed at the airport for those with hearing difficulties.

Drop off for the airport is immediately in front of the terminal building and the short stay car park has parking bays for the disabled.  Remember when you are travelling by car to take along your disability badge

Daytona Beach Airport Children's Facilities

Currently, there are no specific play areas or amusements to keep the children entertained.  Remember that children should be supervised at all times.

Daytona Beach Airport Lost Property

If you have lost property within the terminal building, you should contact one of the Information Desks (see above).  If however, you have left property on the aircraft, you must contact the airline you travelled with.

Daytona Beach Airport Lost and Left Luggage Facilities

There isn't a specific lost luggage or left luggage facility.  If you have lost your luggage within the terminal building contact one of the Information Desks (see above).  If your luggage has been lost in transit then you should contact the airline you travelled with or their ground handling agent.  At this time do not leave the baggage reclaims area without speaking to the airline or a member of the airport staff.

Daytona Beach Airport First Aid/Pharmacy

.There isn't a pharmacy or a dedicated first aid room at the airport.  Should you require any assistance, speak to a member of staff or one of the Information Desk staff.

Daytona Beach Airport Money Exchange Facilities and ATM / Cash Points

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange currency at the airport.  Cash (ATM) machines are located in the main terminal on the first floor and there is also one in departures next to the departure gates.

There are several exchange banks in Daytona Beach but currently there is no same day service, so make sure you have enough currency.

Daytona Beach VIP Lounges

Unfortunately, there isn't a VIP or executive lounge available at the airport at this time.
